Encased Empoli Glass & Opaline Compote with Ruffled Rim

A pink encased blown glass compote with a wide bowl, a delicate clear crimped border and a pale opaline stem with a twisted silhouette. The vivid pink and milky glass create a beautiful contrast, while the generous foot gives the piece an elegant presence on a dining table, console, or shelf. Lovely displayed on its own, styled with a cloche, and allowing light to catch the curves and ruffled detailing.
